One of our family's favorite things to eat in the summer are s'mores! Why wait for the warm weather when you can enjoy them indoors? We've been sitting on a few boxes of Girl Scout cookies from Emma's cookie sale and the Thanks-A-Lot cookies are a shortbread dipped in chocolate fudge. The perfect starter for a s'more! You will be thanking me after I share a sweet trick for Indoor S'mores!!
1 box Thanks-A-Lot Girl Scout cookies
1 package Kraft Jet-Puffed StackerMallows
1 sheet aluminum foil
1. Move oven rack directly under broiler and preheat to high.
2. Place cookie chocolate side up on a large piece of aluminum foil.
3. Add one marshmallow on top of each cookie.
4. Place foil on rack and "roast" cookies under broiler for less than one minute.
