Love is in the air with Valentine's Day only a few days away! This cannoli dip has become a fast favorite in our house and is seriously delish! Usually our local grocery store always carries it and I went to pick some up along with cannoli chips for a recent Mom's Night Out and they were all out! So I decided to whip up some of my own and boy!...is it delish and EASY to make!
Perfect for any Galentine's Day Party, date night in or dinner party, this dip is sure to please every guest! PS: My hubby claims this is addicting so watch out!
1 cup quality brand ricotta cheese
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
bag of mini chocolate chips
In a large bowl, blend using hand mixer or stand mixer, ricotta cheese, cream cheese and powdered sugar for at least 3 minutes.
Add in vanilla and blend until well mixed.
Hand mix in chocolate chips about 1 cup at a time. We like lots of chocolate chips!
Serve alongside cannoli chips and enjoy!
*Our local Wegman's grocery store sells the cannoli chips in the bakery.
If you can't find them, you can use broken up pieces of waffle cones, pizzelle cookies or graham cracker sticks.
