Tried and true, I make these every year for Halloween! I am actually embarrassed at even posting a DIY on these but they are too cute not to share! They are simple enough for Halloween class parties and literally mess free! Here's my version of "Ghosts in the Graveyard"! Enjoy!
I found the wooden crate at my local craft store and simple painted it black with craft paint. It's is the perfect size and sturdy enough to hold the ghost sticks. Plus the handles on each side makes it easy to carry! I then simply wrapped Halloween ribbon around it.
Next all you need is some floral foam. I like the green kind instead of styrofoam because it holds the sticks up better. You can cut it to size as well to fit inside your box.
Then take each ghost peep and place it on a lollipop stick. You can embellish the stick with ribbon or twine as I did or leave as is. Stick each peep into the styrofoam. Then cover with fill. Sometimes you can even find black or orange fill in the party sections which would work well too!
And that is it! Don't they make cute party decorations as well! Happy Halloween!
